Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive disaster risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for the municipality
- Develop and implement local disaster risk reduction and management plans aligned with national frameworks
- Coordinate emergency response drills and community awareness programs
- Monitor disaster-prone areas and maintain early warning systems
- Collaborate with regional disaster management agencies and NGOs
- Prepare disaster impact reports and mitigation recommendations
- Manage disaster risk databases and information systems
- Lead post-disaster recovery planning and coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in disaster risk reduction or emergency management
- Knowledge of Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act (RA 10121)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during emergency situations
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and disaster management software
- Certification in disaster risk management preferred
