Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation of national policies and programs across Northern Mindanao's local government units
- Provide technical guidance to provincial/city/municipal officials on governance and administrative matters
- Monitor and evaluate LGU performance in service delivery and compliance standards
- Coordinate capacity-building programs for local officials and administrative staff
- Facilitate inter-agency collaborations to address regional development challenges
- Lead in conducting compliance audits and performance assessments of LGUs
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- At least 5 years progressive experience in local government operations
- Civil Service eligibility appropriate for Level VI position
- Expertise in local government laws, regulations, and governance frameworks
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced skills in policy analysis, program evaluation, and report writing
- Proficiency in project management and administrative coordination
