Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk operations and greet all visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls (both local and international) in a clear, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Assist with general HR administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Coordinate mail, courier services, and internal communication within the office.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Support the HR team with queries related to employee services and office procedures.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Certificate in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
