Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of minutes and journals for legislative sessions and public hearings.
- Conduct preliminary research and data gathering for the development of proposed ordinances and resolutions.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all legislative records, correspondence, and official documents.
- Coordinate with various municipal departments to track the implementation of approved local laws.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to committee chairpersons during meetings.
- Assist in the proofreading and formatting of official legislative outputs.
- Facilitate the dissemination of information regarding newly passed local policies to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Secretary to the Sanggunian.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (e.g., Public Administration, Political Science, or Law).
- Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility (Required for permanent appointment).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive government documents.
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of people in a political environment.
