Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day collection of local taxes, fees, and charges.
- Conduct regular assessments of business taxes and ensure adherence to local revenue codes.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance for management review.
- Reconcile collection accounts and ensure all financial transactions are balanced and documented accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant offices to identify and pursue delinquent accounts and enforce compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff on revenue collection processes and customer service.
- Maintain internal controls to prevent revenue leakages and ensure the integrity of the collection process.
- Attend to public inquiries regarding tax assessments, payment schedules, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in revenue collection, treasury, or financial auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting systems.
- Extensive knowledge of local government revenue codes and fiscal policies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict and ensure public compliance.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict collection targets.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
