- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding locksmith services and emergency lockout assistance
- Assess customer needs and schedule locksmith appointments with urgency and precision
- Provide clear information about service options, pricing structures, and estimated response times
- Document customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with locksmith technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional security services during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of service inquiries and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in locksmith or security services is advantageous
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor during emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of common lock types, security systems, and locksmith terminology
- Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking tools for efficient service coordination
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to cover emergency needs
- Valid government-issued ID and clean background check for security clearance
