Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide detailed patient counseling on usage, side effects, and interactions
- Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and ensure compliance with health regulations and company protocols
- Conduct health screenings and immunizations while maintaining accurate patient records
- Advise customers on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and wellness products
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and store management to optimize pharmacy operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board registration
- Current practicing license and GMP certification
- Minimum 2 years of community pharmacy experience, preferably in retail settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital health systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
