Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and health consultations to customers.
- Assist customers with the selection and purchase of health supplements, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including checking expiry dates and restocking shelves.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and customer transactions.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to Watsons' policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
- Previous experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and potential interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) software.
