Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in strict accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and health consultations regarding over-the-counter products and general wellness.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including regular stock checks, expiry date verification, and reordering.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is well-organized, clean, and fully compliant with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor patient records and ensure confidentiality and privacy are upheld at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license from the Malaysian Medical Council (LMD).
- Previous experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or community pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medications, and their potential interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in using pharmacy management software and point-of-sale systems.
