Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide clear usage instructions
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations on medication adherence, side effects, and alternatives
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory including stock replenishment, expiry tracking, and waste disposal
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and company SOPs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
- Provide OTC product recommendations and basic health screening services
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from recognized institution
- Valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board registration
- Current practicing license
- Minimum 1-2 years retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems
