In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. You will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing professional clinical advice, and managing pharmacy inventory. This contract position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule while contributing to a trusted brand in the healthcare sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide professional clinical advice to customers regarding medications, ailments, and health supplements.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock checks, reordering, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth pharmacy operations during shifts.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and manage expired or damaged stock to maintain quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Pharmacist Registration (BPharm or equivalent degree).
- Previous experience in community pharmacy or retail pharmacy is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for healthcare and wellness.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and contraindications.
