Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional medication counseling and health advice to customers.
- Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with local health regulations and company standards.
- Maintain proper inventory control and record-keeping of controlled substances.
- Collaborate with the retail team to promote health and wellness products.
- Monitor patient profiles for potential drug interactions or contraindications.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy department.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC) and be fully registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Proven clinical experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, patient-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic retail team.
- Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
