Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications to customers according to doctor's orders and safety protocols.
- Patient Counseling: Provide professional pharmaceutical advice, health education, and answer customer inquiries regarding products and medications.
- Health Screenings: Conduct basic health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose) and promote health awareness programs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage pharmacy inventory, and assist with ordering and receiving pharmaceutical supplies.
- Retail Operations: Assist with general store operations, including customer service, sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP).
- Merchandising: Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are correctly positioned to attract customers.
Kualifikasi
- Registration: Registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board (valid license and practicing certificate).
- Experience: Previous experience in community pharmacy or retail pharmacy is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and build rapport with customers.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in dispensing and record-keeping.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
