Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional medication counseling and advice to customers to optimize health outcomes.
- Perform accurate dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Ensure full compliance with all pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and manage inventory accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing health inquiries and recommending appropriate wellness products.
- Collaborate with the retail store team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Type A Annual Retention Certificate (ARC) from the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (Fully Registered Pharmacist).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex health information clearly.
- Prior experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
