Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert professional advice on medications, dosage, and potential side effects to customers.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of both scheduled and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
- Counsel patients on health management, lifestyle improvements, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with store management to maintain high operational standards and customer service excellence.
- Execute health checks and screenings as part of Watsons' wellness initiatives.
- Maintain strictly organized documentation and patient records.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid, active Type A License (Pharmacist) with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Possess a current Annual Retention Fee (ARF) certificate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Deep knowledge of local pharmaceutical laws and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-traffic retail environment.
