Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to pharmaceutical standards and regulations
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients regarding dosage, usage, and potential side effects
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock rotation, expiration monitoring, and procurement planning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication safety
- Conduct health screenings and provide basic wellness advice to customers
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
- Oversee pharmacy operations during regular pharmacist absences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Current registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacy experience in retail or hospital settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to counsel diverse patient groups
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital health systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
