Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical screenings prior to study participation.
- Administer investigational products and medications strictly according to the approved protocol.
- Monitor patients continuously for any adverse reactions or safety concerns.
- Accurately collect and manage clinical data, including completing case report forms (CRFs).
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all study participants.
- Communicate effectively with the research team, participants, and referring physicians.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Singapore.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Previous experience in clinical research or a research study is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain precise patient records.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the schedule of a research study.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.
