- Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for children requiring speech, occupational, or educational therapy
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with evidence-based practices
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions in specialized areas (ST/OT/ET)
- Collaborate with families to create home-based support strategies and progress monitoring systems
- Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic care approaches
- Adapt therapeutic techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental needs
- Stay current with pediatric therapy research and best practices in Singapore
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Educational Therapy
- Valid professional license to practice in Singapore (HPCA/SCERT registration)
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric therapy experience in clinical or school settings
- Strong assessment skills and familiarity with standardized evaluation tools
- Proven ability to develop and execute individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work part-time on a locum basis across various locations
- Certification in relevant therapeutic modalities (e.g., SI, NDT, ABA) preferred
