As part of our procurement team, you'll collaborate with forestry specialists, logistics coordinators, and production managers to develop strategic sourcing plans. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in timber procurement, supplier relationship management, and inventory control within the forestry or manufacturing sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and procure timber and forestry materials from verified suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Coordinate logistics for material delivery to production facilities
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and forestry regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with timber suppliers and industry partners
- Prepare procurement reports and performance metrics for management
- Collaborate with production teams to align procurement schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in timber procurement or forestry operations
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian forestry regulations and sustainability standards
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Ability to work in field environments and remote supplier locations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for supplier communications
