Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize transportation routes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Process shipping documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading/unloading operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or delivery coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
