Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining optimal stock levels and product integrity.
- Implement and enforce robust inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, prevent losses, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate closely with production, sales, and other internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and drive continuous operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, preparing reports and addressing any issues proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the logistics field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques, and distribution processes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing a team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory software; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices applicable to logistics and warehouse operations.
