Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation planning, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to meet company goals regarding delivery time, cost, and quality.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and production to align logistics with broader business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, warehousing operations, and transportation management systems.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and logistics software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and negotiation skills.
