Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities.
- Coordinate with Chinese headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to align logistics strategies and operational goals.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and shipping agents to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international trade standards.
- Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with purchasing and production teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) to facilitate effective communication with international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
