We're seeking a proactive professional with deep port logistics expertise to coordinate seamless cargo operations between our facilities and key maritime hubs. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth flow of goods by liaising directly with port authorities, shipping lines, and customs officials while maintaining real-time visibility of shipments. Your ability to navigate complex port regulations and resolve operational bottlenecks will directly impact our delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily port operations including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and berth allocation
- Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, and shipping agents to ensure regulatory compliance
- Track and document shipment status, delays, and customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams for timely loading/unloading of containers
- Prepare and maintain accurate port-related documentation and reports
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies for port disruptions
- Optimize cargo flow to minimize demurrage and detention charges
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in port logistics or maritime operations
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with port authorities and shipping companies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian port regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
