Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Analyze distribution networks to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address delivery delays or disruptions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular logistics performance reports with actionable insights for management
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination within manufacturing or agribusiness
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
