Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize logistics plans to ensure efficient and timely material flow and product delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct forecasting, and coordinate warehousing activities to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and internal departments, utilizing excellent Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistical issues or delays promptly to maintain operational continuity.
- Analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and cost analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and project rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics planning, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
