Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality inspections of incoming/outgoing products for compliance with company standards
- Perform freshness assessments, dimensional measurements, and physical condition evaluations
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify, report, and escalate quality issues to relevant departments
- Collaborate with logistics teams to implement corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspection procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational school preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in quality control or logistics operations
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, HACCP) and inspection methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
