- Verify accuracy of Delivery Order documents against physical shipments to ensure alignment
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of shipping documentation and inventory movements
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and resolve shipping discrepancies
- Support inventory management processes through systematic documentation and verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for shipments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in documentation management and order processing systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in documents/shipments
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is advantageous
