We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistic Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Borwita Citra Prima. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of efficiency within the supply chain. You will act as the bridge between the operational teams and management, providing critical insights into logistic performance.
One of your key responsibilities will be creating comprehensive reports regarding logistics performance and conducting in-depth data collection to identify the root causes of any issues preventing the achievement of fundamental logistic targets. You will analyze trends, optimize workflows, and implement strategies to enhance operational productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Generate detailed performance reports and analyze logistic data trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for logistics issues and target shortfalls to implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Develop and monitor strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and mentor logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage data collection efforts to support decision-making processes regarding logistics planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
