Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process shipping documentation, delivery orders, and invoices with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to monitor shipment status and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records and update digital tracking systems in real-time.
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report generation for management.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and database management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performing team.
- Experience with ERP or Logistics Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred.
