Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update logistics documentation, including bills of lading and shipping manifests
- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation processes
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to resolve logistical issues
- Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance and key metrics
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
