In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our logistics department, ensuring seamless administrative workflows, accurate documentation, and timely support for our warehouse and delivery teams.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process daily logistics documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal warehouse management systems in real-time.
  • Facilitate communication between the logistics team, internal departments, and external transport vendors.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and ensure all shipping records are archived systematically.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end logistics reports and operational summaries.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in shipment tracking or inventory counts.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Operations Manager to optimize day-to-day workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or warehouse support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a warehouse office environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred.
