Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process daily shipping documents, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs of shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle inventory data entry tasks accurately within the company's management system.
  • Resolve logistics discrepancies, such as damaged goods or delivery delays, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly reports on logistics performance and warehouse inventory levels.
  • Assist in the administrative workflow for customs clearance processes when required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration, warehouse operations, or clerical support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with ERP or Inventory Management software is highly advantageous.
