Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process daily logistics documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport partners to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular data entry updates in our logistics management system.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and proactively communicate status updates to relevant departments.
  • Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and billing issues promptly.
  • Prepare periodic logistics reports to support operational review and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
