- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of food products
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock rotation to prevent spoilage and waste
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory data
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Process purchase orders and manage documentation related to logistics operations
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and transportation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and transportation requirements is an advantage
