- Manage inventory control systems and stock optimization across multiple warehouse locations
- Coordinate transportation schedules and third-party logistics partnerships
- Maintain accurate documentation of logistics operations and regulatory compliance
- Analyze distribution routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs
- Oversee order fulfillment processes from warehouse to final delivery
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability
- Implement logistics software solutions and process improvements
- Monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics administration or warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for route optimization and cost analysis
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
