Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily inbound shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for inbound workflows.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure compliance with customs and transport regulations.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve transit discrepancies.
- Generate performance reports regarding carrier reliability, transit times, and shipping costs.
- Track and trace high-priority shipments, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update supply chain databases to reflect real-time status of inbound goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or ERP software is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.
