As a key player in our supply chain management, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless availability of tools, equipment, and supplies across our construction sites.
In this role, you will be instrumental in minimizing losses and downtime by implementing effective inventory management systems and maintaining accurate records of all tools and materials. Your organizational skills will directly contribute to the smooth execution of our construction projects, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the availability, distribution, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies across all construction sites
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track tool usage, condition, and location
- Coordinate with project managers to forecast and procure necessary tools and materials for upcoming projects
- Conduct regular audits of tool inventory to identify losses, damages, or missing items
- Establish procedures for tool maintenance, repair, and replacement to extend equipment lifespan
- Train construction personnel on proper tool handling, usage, and storage procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for tool procurement and maintenance services
- Prepare regular reports on tool inventory, costs, and utilization for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or construction supply chain
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various teams
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different construction sites as needed
