  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect goods for damage, quantity, and quality compliance.
  • Update inventory management systems with timely and accurate data.
  • Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for logistics records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to shipments.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.
