Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations from documentation to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation (customs forms, bills of lading, certificates)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery delays proactively
- Optimize inventory management systems for healthcare products
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, warehouse) for alignment
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience in import/export operations, healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle TMS) and MS Office suite
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Certification in Logistics (CSCP, CPIM) or Customs brokerage is advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
