Tanggung Jawab
- Client Communication: Manage daily communication with clients to provide professional logistics consultation and top-tier customer support.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor transportation progress in real-time and provide timely, accurate updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exceptional situations by providing effective, solution-oriented responses.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal operations teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics workflows.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain logistics-related files, reports, and data to ensure compliance and easy access.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or transportation sectors.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
