You will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics flow, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with both local and international trade regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import and export documentation process, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production) to provide updates on shipment status and inventory levels.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or EXIM coordination.
- Understanding of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
