Join Borine Technology Indonesia's dynamic logistics team as an EXIM Specialist and become the backbone of our international supply chain operations. This critical role demands expertise in navigating complex customs regulations while ensuring seamless cross-border transactions. You'll be responsible for meticulously preparing and managing all import/export documentation, including customs declarations, shipping invoices, and certificates of origin. Your proactive approach will directly impact operational efficiency by preventing delays, minimizing compliance risks, and optimizing freight costs. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain accurate shipment tracking and resolve logistical challenges. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in international trade while contributing to Borine's growth in the manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive import/export documentation including customs declarations, shipping invoices, and certificates of origin
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers for timely shipment processing
- Monitor and track international shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve customs clearance issues and documentation discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all EXIM transactions for audit purposes
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency
- Stay current with evolving customs policies and trade agreement updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities for resolving logistical challenges
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Certification in customs brokerage or logistics management is advantageous
