Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management systems and protocols
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with transportation regulations
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage fleet documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with procurement for vehicle acquisition and disposal planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
