Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution within the Makassar region.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels for our ADC operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Procurement) to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software to enhance operational visibility and control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing ADC or similar distribution center operations.
- Strong understanding of local logistics regulations and transportation networks within Indonesia, particularly Makassar and Sulawesi Selatan.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize logistics processes.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
