Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor strict protocols for the issuance and liquidation of cash advances.
- Prepare, manage, and track comprehensive schedules for logistics-related financial disbursements.
- Reconcile liquidation reports against issued advances to ensure 100% financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance and operations departments to streamline documentation processes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with field operations and logistical spend.
- Generate periodic reports on logistical performance and cash flow status for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in internal audit, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
