Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage transportation networks, warehousing operations, and distribution channels
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize costs while preventing stockouts
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners for seamless supply chain integration
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Manage logistics budgets and report on cost-saving achievements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of logistics management experience in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in inventory control and transportation management
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP and logistics management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CLTD) preferred
