Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards
- Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify improvement opportunities in logistics processes
- Coordinate with production and sales departments to align logistics with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
- Prepare and manage logistics budgets while maintaining cost control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management within manufacturing or transportation sector
- Proven expertise in inventory control, transportation management, and warehouse operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics software and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures
