Join DyKa Konsultama as a Logistics Manager and drive operational excellence through end-to-end supply chain optimization. This pivotal role demands strategic oversight of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain execution to support our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. You'll be instrumental in aligning logistics strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service excellence in Indonesia's competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of demand planning, supply chain operations, and inventory control
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery performance
- Develop and implement strategic logistics initiatives aligned with business goals
- Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and transportation costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in IBP/S&OP methodologies and inventory optimization techniques
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex supply chain data
- Proven track record of implementing cost-reduction initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
