Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire logistics operation, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and shipping carriers to ensure service excellence.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and operational optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and train the logistics team to ensure high performance, safety standards, and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies regarding shipping and handling.
- Coordinate closely with sales and production teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, freight forwarding, and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
